It is widely used for measuring the volumetric flow rate of liquids with a conductivity greater than 2 μS/cm, and is an integrated instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate, temperature, and pressure of conductive media.

Instrument Features

  1. 1.The sensor employs adaptive variable frequency excitation technology, resulting in fast processing speed, high accuracy, and lower power consumption.
  2. 2.It can simultaneously measure the instantaneous flow rate, temperature, and pressure parameters of fluid in a pipeline.
  3. 3.It employs multiple ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit processors and a 24-bit ADC data acquisition system, resulting in faster operation.
  4. 4.It features fully digital signal processing, strong anti-interference capability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, and a wide flow measurement range.
  5. 5.Ultra-low EMI power supply, applicable to a wide range of power supply voltage variations, and excellent EMI immunity.
  6. 6.The circuit employs rigid-flex PCB and surface mount technology (SMT) for high reliability.
  7. 7.The instrument has self-diagnostic functions such as empty pipe detection, excitation circuit fault detection, and flow alarm.
