The BTLZ series of intelligent metal tube rotor flowmeters have a variety of measurement forms for users to choose from according to different user needs and different occasions; according to the output form, they are divided into local indication type, remote transmission output type, and control alarm type; according to the explosion-proof requirements, they can be divided into three types: ordinary type, intrinsically safe type, and isolated explosion-proof type.

The BTLZ series of intelligent metal tube rotor flowmeters use Honeywell's non-contact and non-hysteresis magnetic sensor to detect magnetic field angle changes, and are equipped with a high-performance MCU, which can realize LCD display: instantaneous flow, cumulative amount, loop current, ambient temperature, damping time, and small signal removal amount. Optional 4~20mA remote transmission output (with HART communication), pulse output, upper and lower limit alarm output and other functions. This type of intelligent signal transmitter has high accuracy and reliability, can replace imported instruments of the same type, and has the characteristics of high cost performance, online parameter calibration, and power-off protection.

The design and production of the BTLZ series intelligent metal tube rotor flowmeter also takes into account the user's process flow requirements. There are installation methods such as bottom-in and top-out installation, top-in and bottom-out installation, side-in and side-out installation, bottom-in and side-out installation, and horizontal installation.
