When matched with an electric display instrument, it can realize the centralized remote control of cumulative, quantitative and instantaneous flow, and can also measure high temperature and high viscosity liquids. Excellent performance can adapt to various complex working conditions.<br \/>\nThe flowmeter body of different liquids (acids, alkalis, salts, organic solutions, etc.) can be made of different materials.<\/p>\n<h4>Working principle<\/h4>\n<p>The speed of the circular gear flowmeter is detected by the sensor coil in the signal amplifier installed on the case. The signal amplifier does not contact the measured medium. When the transmitter gear cuts the magnetic lines of force generated by the permanent magnet in the housing, it will cause the magnetic flux in the sensor coil to change. The sensing coil sends the detected magnetic flux cycle change signal to the preamplifier, amplifies and shapes the signal, generates a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and sends it to the unit conversion and flow accumulation circuit to obtain and display the cumulative flow value. At the same time, the pulse signal is also sent to the frequency current conversion circuit to convert the pulse signal into an analog current, thereby indicating the instantaneous flow value.<br \/>\nThe circular gear flowmeter has high machining accuracy and precise installation. The rotation of the gear is scanned non-contact, and each tooth generates a pulse with very high resolution.
