1. The length of the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections is not enough, and the sealing gasket protrudes into the pipe.
2. When measuring liquid, install the flowmeter on a pipe that flows vertically from top to bottom or flows downward, and install it at the outlet of the pipe object without back pressure. This will cause the liquid to not fill the pipe.
3. When measuring high-temperature media, install the flowmeter horizontally and forward, the converter is located directly above the pipe, and the pipe insulation measures are not in place. This will cause the high temperature of the pipe to directly bake the converter components, causing damage to electronic devices.
4. The installation location of the vortex flowmeter is too close to the vibration source (fan or pump), and there is no sufficiently long upstream straight pipe section and effective vibration reduction measures. We all know that the vortex flowmeter has poor vibration resistance, and vibration near the installation location will have a greater impact on the flowmeter.
5. Electrical installation errors or abnormal power supply voltage will cause the instrument's converter to not work properly or even damage it.
