BTLZ series intelligent metal tube floater flowmeter's design also takes into account theusers'requiremnts of the process flow ,there are five installation types to select: lower inlet onthe installation type,upper inlet under the installation type , side in side out installation, bottomin side the installation type and horizontal type installations.

Structure and Principle
BTLZ series intelligent metal tube floater flow meter is made up of two parts:

(1)Sensor - measuring tube and floater;
(2)Signal transmitter - indicator;
The sensor has four connecting liquid material :stainless steel, Hastelloy, Titanium, stainless steel lining FEP; The users can choose different touching liquid material to meet the needs ofthe proof pressure of process and anti-corrosion of medium according to the requirements ofthe different process pressure and corrosive medium According to the different measurementrequirements, the users can choose different indicator combination in their selection to realizethe different measurement requirements. The specific indicator form and itscorrespondingfunction, please refer to the indicator table.
Flow rate is measured by the indicator in the transmitter through the coupling of magneticsteel feeling floater's position changes to complete the flow indicator and signal remotetransmission. When the measured medium flowing through the measuring tube from bottom totop, the floater by gravity, buoyancy and fluid velocity to the floater's vertical upward thrust arebalance,floater will be relatively static in a certain position, the position changes with thefloater and taper pipe ring gap area and fluid velocity, the position of the floater iscorresponding to the size of the measured medium flow.
