UHZ/C magnetic flip column level gauge (also known as magnetic flap level gauge, flap level gauge, float level gauge, magnetic level gauge, magnetic float level gauge) is a device specially developed for liquid level measurement based on the principles of magnetism, Archimedes (law of buoyancy) and other principles, ingeniously combined with the characteristics of mechanical transmission; among them, the side-mounted magnetic flip column level gauge is a basic product, and the rest of the products are extensions based on it; while detecting the liquid level, we give them more practical functions.
UHZ/C series magnetic column level gauges are based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. The magnetic float in the measuring tube drives the two-color column on the external display of the measuring tube to rotate 180° to display red (reverse rotation 180° to display white) as the measured liquid level rises (falls) to achieve the purpose of measuring and displaying the position of the measured liquid level. The specific explanation is: UHZ/C series magnetic column level gauge has a cavity for accommodating the float, which we call the main tube or shell. It forms a communicating vessel with the container through a flange or other interface; in this way, the liquid level in its cavity is at the same height as the liquid level in the container, so the float in the cavity will rise and fall with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the container; at this time we cannot see the liquid level, so we installed a column display outside the cavity, because when we manufactured the float, we installed a magnetic steel at the junction of the float sinking into the liquid and the floating part. When it and the float rise and fall with the liquid level, its magnetism is transmitted to the column display through the shell, pushing the magnetic column to flip 180°; because the magnetic column is a cylinder composed of two semi-cylinders, red and white, it will change color (red below the liquid level, white above) when it is flipped 180° and faces the outside of the column display, and the junction of the two colors is the height of the liquid level. Each magnetic column has a two-color axially symmetrical structure. The spacing between the two magnetic columns is 10mm or 20mm. The gas phase and liquid phase are indicated in white and red respectively. You can also choose to use the lower white to indicate the liquid part and the upper red to indicate the gas part. The intersection of red and white is the boundary between the liquid phase and the gas phase. The level meter can also be used for interface measurement of two media with different densities.
The control type of the UHZ/C series magnetic column level meter adds a magnetic control switch on the basis of the magnetic flap level meter. While monitoring the liquid level, the magnetic control switch signal can be used to control or alarm the liquid level; the remote transmission type adds a 4~20mA transmitter sensor on the basis of the magnetic column level meter. While monitoring the liquid level on site, the change of the liquid level is transmitted to the control room through the transmitter sensor, cable and instrument to achieve remote monitoring and control.
