BTMF series micro metal tube float flowmeter is a variable area flowmeter based on float position measurement. The new design makes it possible to measure micro flow. It is particularly suitable for measuring micro flow of liquid and gas. It adopts an all-metal structure, has small volume, small pressure loss, and large range ratio (10:1). It is widely used in various industries in complex and harsh environments, and is used for flow measurement and process control of micro flow, low flow rate, and various harsh media conditions. It is particularly suitable for measuring turbid, opaque or corrosive fluids.
BTMF series of miniature metal tube float flowmeters have a variety of measurement forms for users to choose from according to different user needs and different occasions; according to the output form, they are divided into local indication type and remote transmission type; according to the explosion-proof requirements, they can be divided into ordinary type and intrinsically safe type.
The remote transmission part of the BTMF series of miniature metal tube float flowmeters adopts a non-contact and non-hysteresis magnetic sensor to detect the change of magnetic field angle, and is equipped with a high-performance MCU, a two-wire 4-20mA remote output, and can perform linear correction and other parameter settings on the flowmeter through the host computer software. This type of intelligent signal transmitter has high accuracy and reliability, high cost performance, and can completely replace imported instruments of the same type.
The design and production of the BTMF series of miniature metal tube float flowmeters also take into account the user's process flow requirements. BTMF-V is a bottom-in and top-out installation type, and BTMF-H is a side-in and side-out installation type.
