Produkt-Einführung

The LWY on-site display turbine flow sensor is based on the LWGY basic turbine flow sensor, now battery-powered and equipped with an on-site display. This flowmeter is a new flow measurement instrument, integrating a sensor with display and computing functions, developed using advanced ultra-low-power single-chip microcomputer technology. Compared to traditional turbine flow sensor and secondary instrumentation systems, it offers significant advantages, including compact size, light weight, intuitive and clear display, high reliability, immunity to external power supply influences, lightning resistance, and low overall cost. It can be widely used for liquid flow measurement in the petroleum, chemical, light industry, and food industries. This product offers superior performance, reaching the international advanced level of similar products.
For information on the flow measurement ranges of various flowmeter diameters, sensor dimensions, installation instructions, and maintenance, please refer to Section 2 of this manual, "LWGY Basic Turbine Flow Sensor."

Converter Parameter Description  Instantaneous Flow Parameter Settings

Flow Units

Options: L/s  L/m  L/h  m3/s  m3/m  m3/h  Nm3/h  USG/s  USG/m  USG/h  Kg/s  Kg/m  Kg/h  t/s  t/m  t/h
Default value: m3/h
Defines the unit of instantaneous flow rate
L (liter), h (hour), t (ton), s (second), m (minute)

How many decimal places are in the flow rate?

Options: 0  1  2  3  Default value: 1
Defines the number of decimal places for instantaneous flow rate.

Bereich

Floating point number: 99999999.00-0.00 m³/h, default value: 100.0 m³/h
When the instantaneous flow rate reaches the range, the converter outputs 20mA. Changing this parameter will affect the current output, high and low alarms, etc.
Anmerkung: When you modify this setting (range), please pay attention to the unit of this parameter (range). You can modify the unit of this parameter (range) as needed.

Small Signal Cutoff

Floating Point: 9.90 to 0.00%, Default: 0.0%
This setting is a percentage of the range

High Alarm

Floating Point: 99.00 to 1.00%, Default: 90.0%
This setting is a percentage of the range. For example, if this value is set to 10, it is equivalent to 10% of the range. If the absolute value of the instantaneous flow rate is greater than (range × 10%), the converter outputs a high alarm signal and the high alarm contact closes.

Low Alarm

Floating point number: 99.00 to 0.00%, default value: 0.0%
This setting is a percentage of the range. For example, if this value is set to 10, it is equivalent to 10% of the range. If the absolute value of the instantaneous flow rate is less than (range × 10%), the converter outputs a low alarm signal and the low alarm contact closes.

Dämpfungszeit

Floating point number: 30.0 to 0.1, default value: 1

Total amount settings: Define parameters related to the total amount.

Quantity unit

Options: L(liter)  m²  Nm³    USG  Kg  t(ton) ,
Default value: m²
Define quantity unit

Quantity decimal places

Options: 0  1  2  3  Default value: 1
Define the number of decimal places for the total amount.

Preset total amount

Options: 99999999.00-0.00 m³/h, default: 0.0 m³/h
Clear the total amount or set the total amount.
