This product is manufactured and tested in strict accordance with JG1037-2008 Verification Procedure for Turbine Flow Meters and GB/T21391-2008 National Standard for Measuring Natural Gas with Gas Turbine Flow Meters.
This product has obtained an explosion-proof certificate from the National Explosion-proof Product Quality Supervision Department, explosion-proof mark: ExdlICT6Gb, number: CNEx17.0933.

This series of products is our company's latest research and development of gas turbine flow meters. It integrates advanced concepts from aerospace technology with theories of fluid mechanics and electromagnetics, and is a new generation of high-precision, high-reliability gas precision metering instrument that combines temperature, pressure, and flow sensors with an intelligent flow totalizer. It features excellent low-pressure and high-pressure metering performance, multiple signal output methods, and strong anti-interference capabilities against fluid disturbances. It is widely applicable to the metering of natural gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrocarbon gases, and other gases. It is combined with modern CNC machining equipment and applies complete and effective process methods.

Utilizing a new microprocessor and high-performance integrated chip, it boasts high computational accuracy, powerful functions, and superior performance. Employing world-class low-power technology, the overall power consumption is low. It can operate continuously powered by an internal battery or by external power supply.
Our instruments can employ linear correction technology, with up to ten segments of linear correction. This greatly improves the instrument's calculation accuracy.

The flow meter head can rotate 350 degrees for convenient on-site data viewing.

High accuracy, generally reaching ±1.5%, with high precision reaching ±1.0%.

Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%R~0.2%R. Due to its excellent repeatability, it is the preferred flow meter for trade settlement.

 

Working Principle

When fluid flows into the flow meter, it is rectified and accelerated by the dedicated integrated rectifier at the inlet. Because the turbine blades are at a certain angle to the fluid flow direction, the turbine generates rotational torque. After overcoming frictional torque and fluid resistance torque, the turbine begins to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the turbine rotation is directly proportional to the fluid volumetric flow rate. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, a pulse signal proportional to the fluid volumetric flow rate is induced from a coaxially rotating signal wheel using a magnetic sensor. This signal is amplified, filtered, and shaped, and then fed together with signals from temperature and pressure sensors into the microprocessor unit of the intelligent flow totalizer for calculation and processing. The gas volumetric flow rate and total volume are then directly displayed on the LCD screen.
